"Editing initial review. Actual oil change was excellent, however at next oil change it was found out that they damaged oil pan and drain plug. Once the problem was found out and brought to the staffs attention. They wanted to charge me $600+ to fix what they broke initially!! Highly disappointed!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"I went there to get an inspection done. To my shock my vehicle did not pass. At first. I was furious thinking that i may have been taken advantage of. I went else where and asked for a second opinion... ( i did not mention my prior experience estimate) Needless to say the VALVOLINE EXPRESS CREW was dead on. There was actually about a $150 difference in the two places inspections. These guys were very respectful and honest. I did not get the work done there just because i was tired of the whole situation... however i would take a Vehicle to them just because of their honesty and being upfront"
