"Rude. Appointment to get hitch on 88 yr old veterans truck. Made us wait and was rude to us about where we parked. Business is on the side of a hill with little room. Parked where I was told but then got told to move. Driving a huge truck. Never coming back!"

"Needed to put a hitch on my SUV Do I had them order the appropriate one and they would call when it came in. They called and said it was in and come in on Friday which I did. Talked to the owner and he said they’d get to it and give me call when it was done. About three hours later they called and I went to pick it up and they were very nice and polite.
