"Purchased an expensive set of Goodyear tires, 10 ply from this shop. 9 months later began to experience terrible vibration throughout the vehicle. Assuming the problem to be mechanical I replaced the exhaust system. The vibration continued. Replaced all 4 shocks. The vibration continued. Purchased new front bearings and hubs. During installation my brother discovered extreme wear pattern on left front tire which he judged from his experience this was a faulty tire. Return to Gary he insisted it was my fault because I had not rotated the tires at each oil change. He refused to honor the warranty and I still have a bad tire on my vehicle. If tire rotation or failure thereof was the cause; wouldn't I have more than 1 tire with strange wear pattern?"
