"My husband and I were running a few minutes late for our appointment, we both made two separate phone calls to tell them we were running a few minutes behind. (We were in separate cars) We both got the response that being late was not an issue, to still come in. We arrived, left our car, came back to pick up, and was informed our service was not completed. We were not informed our service wasn’t going to be completed when we dropped off. We never received any phone calls during our wait time stating our service couldn’t be completed. It was a huge inconvenience. We will not be going back.."
