"I've actually avoided the pizza hut in New lexington due to the rudness of the employees there it's gotten worse as the time's went on so to avoid conflict because I'll let it be known im honest to the core I'm not a actor by no means I'm 1000% a reactor meaning I won't start a conversation but if some gets rude or demeaning towards me I will react by all means so knowing that I do avoided this pizza hut completely due to the employees whom work there and I don't mean 3very single person that work's there is offensive or talks down to you but there's several of them that should never work with the public at all they don't have the people skills to do so at all anyways to stay on topic here the food is decent to say the least the service there sucks the food I personaly feel has downgraded some over the past few years and as did everything everywhere the cost drastically increased at this place with some new employees this place would make a xxx one back very quickly"
"Disappointed I order all the time but past 2 times my pizza was burnt.when I called it wasn't important at all. I even took a picture of it. I guess it was my fault. SAD"
"Very bad experience. First time eating here and the pepperoni lovers melt is as small as a tortilla shell. And the stuffed crust pizza is paper thin. Our original time of trying to order we placed it and they said pick up was in 15 minutes, drove there and they said they had been closed for an hour. Very let down."
"I placed an online order at this location in New Lexington. Employees are always friendly. I have ordered from here in the past, and the food was always good. However, this time, the big New Yorker was pretty bland and lacked taste. I know that Pizza Hut helps out in the community in many different ways, helping families, schools, and individuals with fundraising. This is one reason I try to support their business."
"Modern remodel of a classic Pizza Hut restaurant! Friendly, fast and efficient service. Very clean store inside and out. Restrooms were in excellent condition and well maintained both Men’s and Women’s. Great pizza that comes straight to your table right out of the oven piping hot! Wait at least 5 minutes before attempting to eat it. That’s how hot it arrives at your table! Highly recommended for lunch or dinner!"
