"Service after the sale is very unsatisfactory. My son's first car buying experience has been very disappointing. I am working on getting issues with the vehicle resolved at another Ford dealership because Herrington does not return calls. Wish I had something good to say, but they seem great when the'yre getting the sale, but you cannot get service after if you need it. :("
"I have had the worst experience dealing with Mark Herrington! We bought a car from his Marietta dealership and after having it home for two weeks we had to take it back down to him to have some work done on the car. They had my car for almost two months. I was making car payments on a car I wasn't even able to drive. Now we are still having car problems, major one in fact. Herrington gave my husband his personal number to call him if there was a problem. Now we can't get ahold of him. He sold us a lemon and I can't afford to trade it in for anything else so I'm stuck with a car that's not running right."
"The guys at Herrington were very helpful and honest about all the vehicles on their lot that I looked at. There wasn't a lot of haggling because they already had their vehicles priced well below market value. Priced to sell not to haggle. They didn't make me feel pressured and we got to take our time making a decision. I'd buy from them again and recommend them."
"If I could give a negative star I would. This is the crappiest customer serivce I have ever received I am an out of towner and I was inquiring about a jeep. They pulled my credit went through the process then sold it out from under me. Then when I called to get more information, they told me that they couldn't speak to me because he was "Walking out the door". He couldn't even tell me what bank "approved me with a little bit more money down" Biggest sack of crap"
