"Always wanted to stop by and see the store. Was driving up I-77 and if I hurried I’d have at least a half hour to look around. No sooner I walk in, the crotchety old man comes out telling me he’s closing up. This is after I mentioned how I was excited to stop by and see the place. Well he could care less. I think he had Jack Daniels on the mind. The way he indirectly let me know I was shyt to him convinced me to never waste an ounce of my time there again"
"Most rude customer service I ever experienced, called in to check to see if they had a item I needed and the guy answered the phone with a yeah, then I asked if he had 1/2” tees, he said yeah then I went to ask if they take card or cash only but he hung up. So I called back and this time he answered with t&l, I said yeah I was just on the phone with you, you hung up? He says I told you we had the tees, I thought you were done bud.I said no I went to ask if you take card? He said yeah 5 dollar min and hung up again. Like if you hate your job this much find a different career, I ended up not going nor will I ever go in this place!"
"This store is absolutly the best store around they have so much stuff to choose from however the last few times ive been in there i was overcharged for my items and had to go in and waist time trying to figure out why my bill was so high i dont like the fact they dont wanna give a detailed recipe of what you bought i actually had to ask for a receipt witch only showed your total paid seems like if you buy $100 worth of items the bill is $150 so i now if i go there i keep track of the items i buy and how much i owe. This has happened a few times before i came in and actually acknowledged them i was over charged so keep track of what you buy and how much you owe. Other than this i love going in the store."
"Best place ever. They literally have one of everything at this store, and if they don't have it, they will tell you where to get it. They've saved my butt so many times when I needed a "last minute" part for a home fix and I didn't want to drive all the way into Cambridge. Love these guys, they're super helpful and knowledgable."
"Great store. Whatever jobs your trying to get done, they have what you need. If you are near Seneca Lake and need a hardware store, this needs to be your first stop. Excellent service and an amazing selection of everything you need. Love going here. Also carry ammo which is cool. Not a bad thing I could say about this place. Keep it up!"
