"I bought a 2015 ford fusion 1.5L ecoboost from here in March of 2021. The gentleman who does the paper work had told me if I paid extra every month on my car loan, I would have a warranty as long as I am making payments. So not the case! My warranty ran out according to family ford almost a year ago. But the bank is showing a few months ago. I am now stuck with a car that has complete engine failure due to coolant intrusion and a broken timing chain. I still owe on this vehicle. Apparently I am not the first person they have done this too. Will be contacting who ever I can to get refunded for the extra money I have paid every month. I wouldn’t go to this dealer ship for anything!"

"Let me preface this review with the fact that I'm extremely picky.! Many would say to a fault! Additionally, I was in the business which makes pleasing me even more challenging ! Not to mention I am 3 hours from the dealership which generally complicates things even more. Not in this case though! Read my story below. I got on the internet around 10 PM Friday night and found a specialty vehicle that Pioneer had so I sent in my interest electronically! Minutes later, Jason started communicating with me. We progressed the deal which involved a trade as far as we could before upper management had to get involved! Jody the general sales manger starts messaging me with my approval/request at 11PM. We hammered out a deal in record time. I called Saturday morning to get the final particulars for my financing. He had it all worked out and ready. I was on the road by 10 and got my new ride shortly after noon. These guys far surpassed any expectations I had. I'll be honest, I went to bed thinking there is no way this will pan out! They delivered In every way and more! Don't waste your time anywhere else! These guys are the real deal! They have my highest recommendation possible!"

"Took my vehicle to have it serviced, found other issues and ended up unexpectedly keeping it for over a week. Upon picking my vehicle up I discovered that my child’s car seat has been completely ruined by black hydraulic oil. Due extremely soon, now with no car seat. Will be contacting service management, since the management I spoke to today couldn’t help me. Hoping to get this problem resolved, and hoping for decent customer service. Just a few photos. Not happy with the lack of respect for a persons belongings."
