"These stickers you have for the windshield is the worst you could have ever had. Don’t even have anything to clean them off with. Whoever changed to these need to change back to the other ones. Other than that nice place to get your oil changed."
"I arrived at 7 am without the knowledge that you need not park but pull up to bay bc of my ignorance lines began to form I was approached by a kind young man asking my need? I explained I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes got there before anyone and had no idea that I was supposed to get in front of bay he was very sympathetic with my situation and was willing to take quick action to better service us BUT that was all I needed to say it’s fine…I made the mistake by not pulling up and parking! He assured me quick excellent service and it truly was….I had moved to third in line and was out within the hour! In line at 8 am out by 9 am (even though I arrived right after 7 am but I believe in promptness and was told they open at 7:30 by another service) all that said the service was excellent the persons were professional and extremely kind as well as mannerly!"
"They used to be my favorite place to get my oil changed. Used to very fast, polite, and easy to work with. With their new staff, it takes roughly two hours to get your oil changed and the staff is indifferent."
"Slowest express I have ever been to. Unless you have at least 2 hours of your day(most of the time it’s 3hrs) to waste then do NOT go here. Unfortunately that is how they get you with the warranty is by making you get your service done here. Then when you have an issue they say the warranty doesn’t cover it. On top of all that had a diagnostic was done at the service department. when my car was returned it was missing the engine cover. It was brought to their attention and they couldn’t find it. Was told it was a novelty part and not a necessity. Excuse me?? It should be returned they way it was brought in but not to them I guess."
"When we pulled up we were told that we would be out in under an hour. 2.5 HOURS LATER we were done! They left oily hand prints all over my truck and made no attempt to clean up their mess. The young girl working there seemed confused by a simple question, but she and the others guys we spoke to were friendly."
