"Well we had a wheel bearing put on the back driver's side wheel on our Explorer on March 28th. We had the part, paid them over $200 for them to put it on. We had hardly drove it since then. Last night on that same wheel all 4 studs and lug nuts broke off. We was stranded from about 10:30 last night til 7:30 this morning with no one to help. So my husband goes to their house, we thought maybe they would help since this was their fault. They say we aren't responsible. Yes they are. Not to mention we had our 2 kids with us and lost our cold groceries we had. It wasnt cold enough for them to keep. We sat with our vehicle in the middle of the rd from that long of time. Family Tire needs to do their job and make this right with us. That was ridiculous being stranded with our kids and losing our cold groceries we had. I also left them a message at the business, they didnt bother to return my call."
