"The shop was very busy. Standard oil change and tire rotation. I also had them do a check of brakes and rotors. All good. A newer salesman Kenny DeSantis came out and said hi ( that’s the second time he’s done that ) to everyone in the lounge area and engaged in a short conversation. Got his card and I’ll remember that next time I’m in the market. Best of all , I used my Cadillac points to pay for everything. Happy Camper!!"
"Our sales rep, Ben Tiratto was very pleasant and great to work with. We got a quality car at a fair price. Our finance guy however, became quite unpleasant and borderline rude after we decided not to purchase an extended warranty. We understand that our decision probably kept him from getting commission for selling the warranty, but we certainly did not appreciate his sudden attitude change. We would however still recommend Columbiana Cadillac Chevrolet if you are searching for a new vehicle. Nice cars at good prices. 0"
