"If you don't know what you are talking about as a salesperson either ask someone else or look it up. Don't tell the customer that what they need isn't sold (when it actually is) and don't try to sell them parts that they don't need. I fully understand that nobody can know 100% of the parts for every vehicle out there. But that is why you have a catalog on the computer right in front of you. Also when someone comes in and calls you out take it as a learning experience and don't be a jerk."
