"Went to Deluxe to get estimate for my truck. Took a week for the estimate to come back. I was told it would be 2 months to get it in. When I called to get it scheduled Robin said she wasn't scheduling that day ,she was busy doing payroll. We called back a couple days later and she told use it would be pushed back another month because we didn't schedule earlier. She was very rude on the phone telling me it was my fault it wasn't scheduled earlier. I went to Cross Collision in Minerva. The man took 15 minutes to give me an estimate and booked it right there BTW. The estimate was $2000 cheaper. I'll never go back to Deluxe."

"Terrible customer service. Not professional over the phone. Extremely difficult to work with. Argue with you when they make a mistake and don’t take responsibility. Will never use them again. Thank goodness my insurance company always advocates for their customers."

"I had my car sent here for a repair from hitting a deer. They did an excellent job I can't even tell it ever happened and the car was near totaled out. But they went above and beyond with customer service my insurance was not helping at all with my rental issue and Deluxe stepped in and took care of it for me otherwise I would have been out hundreds because my insurance just didn't care. Very nice staff and good work!"

"Very slow. I wrecked my truck and was told it would be a 3 week turnaround. After6 weeks I got my truck. I paid a week of rental because my insurance only covers 30 days rental. Repairs were great though."

"I cannot put into words how extremely grateful I am to Deluxe Auto Body! They have very fair pricing and amazing customer service! Every step of the way Robin was friendly and helpful and made sure I understood what was happening, and the next steps. (The frustration was high since I had to go through insurance companies to get my car fixed). I explained to Robin that I work 86 hours a week, practically live out of my car, and was concerned with how I would get to work and pay my deductible for the fix. She explained to me that my insurance company was covering the cost of getting me a rental car for the time that my car was getting repaired. As well as, she worked with me to get me car in and out around the time that I got paid so that I COULD afford the deductible. When I went to go get my fixed vehicle, not only had they fixed the issue, but they also had cleaned up the inside of my car, vacuuming it out and wiping it down, but they had also given my car a bath and scrubbed down my wheels from all that nasty black crap that accumulates throughout winter. NEVER has my car looked this nice—NOT EVEN ON THE DAY I BOUGHT IT! I honestly could not be more pleased or grateful to the Deluxe Staff. I will be sure to continue to be a Deluxe customer."
