Hungry Howie's Pizza

"Worst service. After waiting an hour and a half on our order to be delivered, they proceeded to tell us after we called to inquire that no one wanted to deliver. A simple phone call explaining the situation would've been the correct thing to do, but I guess they assumed we would just forget we ordered and paid for our food?"

"Don’t waste your money here! At LEAST the last 3 times I ordered from here my food has been SUPER DELAYED, BURNT or just missing. Tonight, I order simply a salad, breadsticks and garlic sauce. I wait at LEAST an hour and finally I get a call saying I’m here but won’t wanna get out my car and walk up the stairs. I get my food and only thing that’s there is my breadsticks. She says oh yeah I’ve forgotten your salad. (All I ordered was salad and breadsticks) I’ll go back and get it but idk when I’ll be able to bring it back. Mind you my salad is my whole dinner. Breadsticks are for my son.( who won’t even eat them because they FORGOT the garlic sauce AGAIN!. ) When I call then manager, and ask for my money back, for the salad and say don’t worry about it. He reply’s with, I can’t give refunds and this is what I get 45 mins later??? A POUNDING ON MY DOOR and my salad THROWN on my porch upside down. As soon as I opened, and I see my delivery driver running down my stairs after throwing my salad, I’ve had enough of this place. This kinda service is unexceptional and I’m never the kind to complain but really I spent $30 for this?? BURNT BREAD AND A THROWN, HOT SALAD!?! RUDEST DELIVERY DRIVER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!"

"Phone & online orders are always on time as stated before we arrive to pick up. Love their pizza & breadsticks. They have the best pizza sauce than most places I've ordered pizza from."

"If I could give 0 or Negative Stars I would. Found a ginormous and disgusting long black hair inside my calzone/sub. Upon calling to speak to the manager, the manager said to me, “Nobody works here with black hair.” And he proceeded to hang up on me. I returned the food, no refund was offered and I even tipped them over $4 for my carry out food. Thanks for being the worst pizza place ive ever encountered. I’ll never be returning."

"I had a great experience. I received a card that gave me a FREE MEDIUM PIZZA with a TOPPING for my birthday-what a nice gesture. I also ordered a pepperoni roll and it was delicious. My pizza was not grease and the staff at this store were so nice when I ordered on the phone and when I came to pick it up. I give them a 5 star and will return again soon. Thank you!!"
