Check-in staff was very welcoming and the check-in questionnaire on the iPad was quick and straightforward. "I typically have nothing but great things to say about hand and stone of Greer. I have been going to this location for years. My husband buys me gift cards from there every Christmas, Birthday, and Mother’s Day. However, after getting a facial this past week I ran into an issue at checkout that was handled very poorly- the young lady that was originally checking me out wasn’t the problem it was the manager behind her that got loud and rude with me when I simply asked what my gift card was worth. If you get gift cards from there for future reference have them write the amount it’s worth on the envelope. The gift cards they promote are buy one get one free however the promotional gift card is only worth 69 dollars and they do not tell you that when purchasing. I got an email right after I left thanking me for coming and that they pride themselves on exceptional customer service, next time I hope they do better, because my experience at checkout was far from exceptional. My facial was superb as always and I love Ali and Angela!"
"Came here today for a birthday gift to myself. Very disappointed that all services that I booked didn’t get performed. They didn’t care about what they didn’t service for me but only for the next customer in line to have service done. Even when I asked if there was any other time to have it done since my appointment was already booked and was told no. The masseuse was great but the lack of customer service made this a bad experience for me. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Funny thing about it all is that when checking in the girl at the front desk acknowledged all services that I had scheduled but some how it got left out of my services for today. Make it make sense. I don’t think I’d tell anybody about this place I wouldn’t want them to endure the disappointment as I did."
