"The place looks professional and the team and owner are very nice. My sister, as I have family in California. She found a place who performs Ultherapy treatment. I contacted the owner, Tina. Very sweet. I asked about the treatment and explained what I wanted or was looking for, Jowell's lifted. she explained I would benefit and see great and subtle results and difference if I also did the cheeks. I had the treatment on the 26th of May 2023. We are now in August and my Jowell's and cheeks look the same. I explained I would not be back in California for 3 years, knowing that it was a one time treatment.?? I was quoted $1050. Well, at that price I knew that I would notice a subtle difference with no down time? Perfect. Well, I was so excited, why not!? Well she was correct about the zero down time. I also found a Groupon for lower cost. she told me she would honor it. So I paid $600.00. Well even better. Sadly to report, no changes. Even my sister, who went with me to the appointment said there was zero changes, and so did my mother, who were both were there on my appointment day. Here we are in August and I reached out to her by text as I have crazy hours working. I told her about my concern and that I was highly disappointed with the service. I told her I had to have botox in the corners of the smile line to bring help with the lift and also had Procell Micro needling performed Saturday the 5th to correct and address my concern. not only did I get great treatment from The office here in My area in PA., They gave me good home care tx and a cream to use and it costed me 295.00. I cannot fathom the fact I was taken, misinformed and I they failed to be transparent with me, I am out 600.00 and in addition having someone else fix the issue is by far slickening. Not to mention, Tina the owner texted me to see what she could do for me once she arrived at her shop, that was on Saturday the 5th and today is the 8th Saturday. I am still yet to hear from her. I am truly disgusted and taken advantage of. all I ask is for a refund so I can move along. DO NOT TRY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU ARE WELL INFORMED. Be sure that there is full transparency.."
