"Doordashing on Thanksgiving. It took a while to get the order, which I was kind of expecting since they don't have a large staff on a holiday. So that was fine. But, when he finally got the order to me (10 minutes later), he opens the window to the drive-thru, thrust out the sandwich to me, mutters an apology about it taking a long time and then slams the window *while* I'm trying to verify the order details to make sure that he was giving me the right thing for *his* customer. That was rude, unhelpful, and not very professional. Shame on you."
"The man who made my sub was pretty rude to me. I was also overcharged for a regular footlong sub. About $3 more expensive than other Subway locations. I never leave bad reviews but I was shocked this time around."
"Went thru the drive thru and ordered an ultimate bmt, not toasted. The bread had to be especially stale because it was so tough I was having to pull the sandwich away from my mouth just to get the bread to come off. Meat was sliced so thin that it was practically non existent and all toppings."
"I used to eat at this subway every day for lunch, but I will never eat there again. The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. His little boy worker was cussing at me and calling me names. The manager was mad because they made the wrong sub and he wanted to get loud with me. I just wanted the right sub. There was a very nice young lady that helped me. I did get my sub after they threw the old one on the floor. Some people should not run a business. Grow up."
