"Took 2 trucks in for repair and they said they were ready. Went to pick em up and the one I just paid a grand to fix acted up immediately. It didn't even make it home. Now I've worked as a mechanic previously. They worked on it and put it outside with the window stuck down.. no call to say window was acting up.. I would have told them to fix it. Also didn't replace a tire I asked them to. The second truck was repaired and it had a low tire.. as a courtesy I would have aired it up.. nope they put it outside and said it was ready.. all around a very disappointing experience and I will continue to look for a good mechanic in this area."
"I went there for a tire to get checked because it was slowly leaking. I found out my rim was cracked. I went home and it went flat again. I brought it back to Thomson Tire Co. they took the lug nuts off for free. I appreciate it. Warren was the employee that helped me. He is an amazing person and I really appreciate your help Warren."
