"The staff is nice, and the facility is fine. Required additional fees on a rental are steep! I signed on to rent a $65 a month unit, then they require a $20 lock that they provide, then they require monthly insurance, (which they provide) Then there's a one time $30 extra charge for administration. So the initial move-in was incredibly high. And the monthly rental isn't exactly what I thought it was going to be either. I thought it was going to be less expensive than other places, but it's not at all."

"Lisa was personable and quite professional. She took time to walk me through the process, showed me the unit, pointed out the best way to park to unload, and checked on us periodically. We noticed that she was in constant movement assisting people and checking the facility. In today’s business, it’s rare to find someone so hardworking and dedicated."
