"The service here was great. The guy at the counter, Jack, was very enjoyable and open, he even let me go outside and look under my car to see how it looked under there. 5 star service for sure. The only reason that they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because my oil change appointment was at 1 and they didn’t even start my oil change till 1:50. That part was pretty annoying. But I mean overall they were friendly and nice and the service was good, just don’t be married to your appointment time slot. Bring something to fill the time lol."
