"I'm not one to leave a bad review but the first visit I had here I was establishing a new Primary Care Physician. I just needed a general checkup but I also wanted to talk about a medication change. They ended up billing me for TWO visits (a new patient visit and a general office visit). So a 20 minute visit ended up being just over $600. Seriously!? (Luckily my insurance covered some of it but really...that's ridiculous). About another visit, I felt that I had COVID-19 and they wouldn't do a telehealth visit...they wanted me to come INTO THE OFFICE (which by the way, my husband tested positive). That would put their employees and other patients at risk. Really?! (His doctor's office did a telehealth visit by the way). The only reason I gave them two stars is because I like Dr. Kreber. But I feel that I need to find a different doctor because of these reasons."

"Called to refill prescription as I was leaving for a trip for 3 weeks , I was told I needed an appointment for something unrelated to the medication-along with being told I was overdue for tests (this was incorrect information). After arguing with the employee that I was leaving the next day and needed the refill and the medication can not be stopped immediately and there was not time for an appointment she offered me 30 days refill and then never called it in. I was also promised a call back from the office manager that I also never received. I have had other issues with this practice and this was the final time for me . Will be looking for real PRIMARY CARE elsewhere."

"I am not one to leave a review, but I was just so shocked by how I was treated here. I scheduled my primary care visit at least five months in advance. The week of the appointment, I get a call telling me that they had to reschedule it due to the doctor being out of town. That’s fine, I understand that doctors also need vacation time, so I rescheduled my appointment. They only had 9 AM times available for first time patients, which I intentionally did not schedule the first time due to Charleston traffic, but I had to choose 9 because that was the only time available the next week for first time patients. I arrived to the office at 9:10 due to traffic and apologized for being late due to rush hour traffic. The office staff immediately started speaking to me with an attitude and in a rude tone. They then told me that I was counted as a no-show due to not being there at 9 AM. I was very kind and respectful when interacting with the staff, even though they were being so rude to me. After telling me I was a no-show (even though I was standing in front of them), they told me that per the doctor (I will keep her name private), I could not come back to that office ever due to being a “no-show.” I wasn't able to reschedule my appointment with them; I was just not welcomed back to that office. So long story short, I was banned from this doctor’s office for being ten minutes late due to them having to reschedule my appointment that I scheduled months in advance."
