"Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate my tires because they are worn. My front tires were a bit more worn down than the back, which is why I wanted them rotated. I've seen used tires for sale at auto shops with less tread than mine. Tread depths were decent on the back, a little less on the front. I am a poor person, I have no shame in admitting that. I came here for the free tire rotation, and I wanted them rotated so I could get a few extra weeks out of them. While my car was on the lift, the sales associate came and asked me to follow her, where she led me into the work area and proceeded to tell me why they wouldnt rotate the tires. I guess I appreciate the effort? But I'm not a child and I'm not stupid, I'm just trying to make it thru a couple more paydays. That was pretty embarrassing. If its a matter of liability, I would have gladly signed a liability clause. The oil change was standard, nothing to write home about. Priced about the same as everywhere else, I paid $48 and some change after a $10 coupon. Not coming back here though."

"I arrived shortly after 9am on Tuesday, 7/25/2023 after speaking with Daniel the day before. They were quite busy but I have a lot of patience. Daniel was friendly and helpful. The mechanic had a heck of a time getting the hub assembly off and I felt bad for em with this summer Georgia heat. But all and all I would definitely return for service. Some things take a while when you have parts seized up. Great group of guys and gals."
