"My husband and I just suffered from food poisoning. I am not one to write a negative review. I actually love Cava I will never go to the one on Two Notch road again! The manager Brian was rude when I came in but pleasant on the phone when I called and asked him for a refund the day before. Once I got to the restaurant he stated he could remake my bowl , when I specifically asked for a refund. He then told me to email corporate for a refund! Sir, I drove 30 minutes to get no resolve! I am beyond disappointed. I frequently eat there and I will encourage others not to eat there anymore! Eat at your own risk!"
"I absolutely have fallen in love with this CAVA. The food is fresh, and staff are very knowledgeable of their products/bowls/etc. Today, I had the most delightful young man, Rob, helping me. He suggested I try a couple of the dressings (I had gotten the Greek Salad) for my next visit, which I really appreciated. I watched Rob waiting on and assisting other patrons, and he was sincerely interested in helping everyone. Not only was my food delicious, the service was wonderful. I love the muted background music, and there were several customers reading, doing homework.....enjoying their food. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend CAVA."
"Great experience! The kids that worked the line were friendly and patient as we ordered. Manager on site today, Bryan, was welcoming and answered all our questions. The food was fresh and since we ate inside it meant a lot that the place was so clean. Will definitely be back again!"
"My first time at CAVA and it was ok. I think I like Kairos a little bit better but it wasn't horrible. Service was a little slow but I guess that's expected. I waited 20 minutes but it wasn't a issue."
"Customer service was very helpful, informative and friendly. The food is amazing, fresh, mediterranean and lots of delicious options and r reasonable prices. I highly recommend the pita "make you own" wrap with shredded lamb."
