"If I could rate, negatively I would, this place with their grotesque practice! Telling a single mom with a hurt shoulder and a kid in tow that my legs were really flexible as he pressed my legs up toward my hips. Then to be made to feel like I had to get a membership, or I may never heal. Dont do it. The only nice part was the lady at the front she was precious."

"Been a member on and off of different Joint locations since 2020. Have always had a good experience. However, recently one of their most popular doctors left the practice in which they gave zero notice to patients. This is the only doctor I felt comfortable seeing and would have cancelled my monthly plan prior if I had received notice that he was leaving. When I addressed this with the practice and requested a refund of my monthly membership, as I would not be using it with another doctor, they denied any refund as they "offer other doctors to see". When I attempted to further express my concerns in hope we could come up with an agreement, I simply received no response from them. In any type of health care service, comfort and individual needs should be considered for the patient. As well as transparency. Due to this, it feels as though they do not care about individual patient needs/comfort."

"I’m not a huge fan of manual manipulation, but since I started weight training again, my hips need to be adjusted regularly due to an old injury. Dr. Holly took the time to listen, only manually adjusted my hips & used the activator on my upper spine & neck area. She was extremely knowledgeable & kind. As a whole, my visits there have been quick (minimal wait) & effective. I did sign up for the monthly plan, because I get adjusted once a week, so it was the most cost effective."

"Really sweet people, but it was my first time and I hate places that tell you what you’re gonna do and shove a treatment plan down your throat. The girl that did my adjustment was super thorough with questioning what was hurting but she only cracked my back/neck and I was done. Again, she should have spent time on the places I was having issues with instead of worrying about when the next appointment is gonna be and how many times a week I should be in there."
