"I received three raw burgers from this Mc Donald’s. When attempting to reach out to the fast food restaurant their phone was disconnected and no one to reach. I wrote Mc Donald’s corporate and they requested me to go back to the fast food restaurant. I currently work crazy hours and unfortunately couldn’t go back. So needless to say I lost my money. Idk what they serve on a daily basis but this is unacceptable disappointing and disgusting."
"Don't understand why they don't have trash cans at the diesel pump. Only one trash can out of all those fuel isle. Plus, they need new cups for coffee. Coffee don't stay hot. Even right after buying out the Love coffee machine. It gets cold quick."
"Tire shop is horrible. Waited 5 hours to change a spare. All 4 bay empty. They seem bothered every time they see me walking around just looking at them. Best to just drive 5 more minutes the the near by TA. Lessoned learned."
"The clerk/cashier/ manager- whatever her job title was - hands down - the best. Opened up stalls for the long line of women customers waiting to use the restroom. I don’t think I have EVER been anywhere else that as considerate of the customers. She also opened up another register to keep the crowd moving. Then at the register, the young lady was super nice and patient with the older gentleman in front of us and can run to registers at the same time ! Keep doing it up Love’s Employees. Great stop between Florida and North Carolina!"
"Loves is always my favorite stop when traveling long distances. This one just didn’t hit the mark. The bathroom was very unkept and nasty. I ended up changing my baby in our car because how bad it was."
