"Ordered from Kohl’s on 3/17/22. Expected Delivery date was from 3/28-31/22. Company created shipping label on 3/24/22, package was just picked up this week by UPS. Kohl’s is clueless about what’s happening while Dorel takes their time to ship packages."
"Placed order 3/31/19. “Shipped” & charged 4/3/19. Supposed to be delivered 4/11/19. Now no one knows where this package is... we are now on 4/15/19. I have contacted shipper, google, and UPS. Google offered me $20 for future purchases which is a discount code that is already available online (such a joke). Haven’t heard from shipper and UPS is investigating."
