"Bad experience with this business. Hire them to do a repair on a stove at a rental house. They came out took the stove and brought a replacement which was an older model that would work temporarily. They never would return and bring my stove back!"

"Just bought a dryer last month. It started blowing out cold air. The guy came and looked at it. He said it was working, but it wasn't. I've been calling for almost 2 weeks to see when I can get it replaced or fixed. My calls have gone unanswered. Don't buy from this place. I'm out of over $200. Having a warranty doesn't seem to matter. Very unprofessional. I will never spend my money here again."

"Bought a washer back in April for $150, had an issue with it leaking a month later, took several calls and several tries to get someone out to look at it and figure out what was wrong. Someone finally came out, checked over it, couldn't find a leak, nothing was changed. Now, one month past their 90 day warranty, it won't spin or drain. I called a different repairman to come look at it, he showed me that the motor is worn down and won't spin on its own, and the bearings in the water pump are completely worn down. To replace both of the parts would be more than I paid for the whole thing. Do not buy from this business. I tried to have faith past the poor reviews, they've been in business for years, but it's obvious now they prey upon those who can't afford more. I want a complete refund, but I don't believe I'll get a return phone call or refund. So I'm out over $150 now and no washer."

"While the prices may be good on used or refurbished appliances, their customer service is NOT!. Purchased a washer and during the first use we realized it did not work properly. The purchase order gave 90 warranty, so we tried for an entire week to see if they would come out to repair the machine. Left multiple messages but received no returned calls. Finally went to the business to see if someone could help us, and all they said here is your money back, we will come pick up washer. Trying to stay within tight budget sure gave us way more of a headache than new machine would be worth!"
