"I want to personally thank Justin at the 81 hwy location. Long story short, my elderly Aunt caught a ride to her an eye appointment located behind QT. She didn't have a ride back so she was walking to QT to wait on a ride. She has a touch of dementia. After securing her a ride I called to the QT and spoke with Justin to let him know that she would be walking there but to not be alarmed, she's just waiting doe a ride. He was very very caring and professional and told me not to worry about anything and that he would be looking g out for her and watch her until her ride comes. This man whom I don't know went above and beyond the call of his duty to make sure a complete stranger was taken care of. My Uncle arrived in time so that my Aunt didn't have to walk to QT thank GOD. The point of this story is to say Thank you QT for hiring such wonderful and compassionate people such as Justin. Also, Justin thank you from the bottom of my entire family's heart ❤️"

"Honestly, I can't say I've ever had a bad QT experience, but today was definitely an exceptional one! June 28th, around noon. Justin P, at the East Greenville Location. This man is such a helpful and courteous employee. I came in to use the restroom, grab a snack for my wife and I and get a XL tea from the fountain. My wife was at her Doctor's appointment and had my card, So I tried to use contact less pay and it wouldn't work, so he paid for everything, even after I came back with my card and offered to pay for it + 2 more tea purchases!"

"I had seen the advertisements on the pulled pork, & how the brisket is cooked, & was waiting to try them. I finally made it there, & ordered a brisket sandwich. The flavor was great, but I honestly had to look to see if I had meat on the buns!! It was so flat,, it had a smather of meat, & the pickles & onions I ordered were the most of the sandwich. Definitely not anything like they advertise,,, I was very disappointed, & would have taken it back, but was on the go. If they put enough meat to at least SEE it then it would be worth the price, & effort, because from the sauce that was on, it tasted very good.. I wish I would've take a picture,, I'll try it one more time & next time snap a photo,, it was a sad looking bun."
