"Wow... Where do I begin? I placed an online order for a bday flower delivery 3 days in advance, I call them to get an update on the delivery and they said they never received the order but yet my card was charged. I was juggling between other flower delivery services and I made a mistake because I thought I was ordering from another place. I don't understand how this place is still in business."

"Ordered Flowers for Birthday. Didn't deliver on that day because they said they only have 3 instead of 4 Balloons and needed permission first to deliver with only three balloons. Ended up delivering one day after the Birthday WITHOUT ANY BALLOONS"

"This has to be the worst florist in the world. I ordered a specific flower arrangement and was given something waaay different. The flowers looked liked they were picked from the side of the road! They also died in 2 days. Walmart flowers would have been better…definitely looks better than the “arrangement” I was given."

"DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I received a bouquet of flowers on a Friday. For the most part, it was pretty the first day. Most of the daisies were shoved down in the arrangement and broken it petals falling off already. Well overnight, half of the roses were already sagging in to their sides. Google said the shop was open so i called a half dozen times but it just rang. No voice machine. So, i hit their email off of their website and sent a video of the bouquet. J wants. Then to see what it looked like in less than 24 hours. I emailed 3 times. I have called for 6 days in a town. I did get a live person 1 day who said tgat she’d give the manager the message. However; she was in a meeting and it would be after hours before she’d get it. That was OBVIOUSLY A !!!! It’s been 4 more days (and I’ve called numerous times every day), and no one has called me nor has there been an answering machine to leave a message. I’m going to try to report them to the Better Business Bureau on Monday. These flowers were NOT CHEAP either!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! I would rate a ZERO if i could!!"

"I received an arrangement on Tuesday, September 6, intended as a birthday celebration. Firstly, it arrived very late in the day, 6pm to be exact. The quality of the roses was inferior, and mostly the blooms were open and petals drooping. This morning I noticed one of the roses had completely dropped and upon removal saw the petals were dry and brown in spots. Clearly, an OLD stem. I called the shop and spoke with Dee. She stated the manager would need to handle the problem and would call me. A short while later, “Betty” called me, said she had made the arrangement and “was done with me” and then hung up. I informed my son of the problem and suggested he dispute the charges. I concur with all the previous reviews. If I could award a lesser star I would. Poor service, old flowers!"
