"Place has severely gone downhill since the new owners took over. Customer service is terrible, the trash and ash tray by the front entrance are literally overflowing on to the sidewalk. One of Male employees is never off the phone, making it difficult to ask for tobacco and impossible to call in pizzas like the previous owners did. The other is rude to the point of almost being aggressive."
