"I'm not angry, but I am very disappointed with my order. I asked for a pin-on corsage with "purple and white flowers and red if a filler color is needed but preferably purple with white." I ordered it Tuesday, they said it would be ready Wednesday, and I told them I would pick it up half an hour after they opened on Thursday. I walked in to the store and they told me it wasn't ready yet. Nobody had called to tell me that either. I will say the flowers look and smell fresh; however, they're mostly light pink "white" roses, a black-hued "purple" flower, and two questionably "red" flowers as filler. The corsage is arguably beautiful, but it is not what I ordered. Unfortunately, I needed the corsage the following day, so I had no option but to take my purchase with me."
"Ashley at Fern was so fantastic to work with and everyone with Fern was so great the different times we stopped in during the months leading up to the wedding. They were also super flexible with multiple options to achieve our vision and they made the planning process as easy as possible. They had already been booked for a large wedding the day before ours but they were still able to create the most beautiful and colorful centerpieces for us! My husband and I can’t recommend them enough."
