"Me and my mother applied for a appartment here did everything that they ronda was professional but Alyssa and Rachel were very rude and disrespectful I understand now why everyone else moved out and why they had so many vacancies and empty apartments and why these two get so many complaints their corporate office needs to fire them I will be discussing this with my lawyer as well as there corporate office do not apply or live here unless you want to experience what hell is going to be like jamie kerr the president of amcs property and management needs to fire them asap"

"*UPDATED* Please read below for my experience when I first move here, the staff is completely different and wasn’t even here at that time. If you’re looking to move into a single bed apartment do not move here. The “family” that now lives and and grown above me is 2 adults and 3 children. In a ONE BED APARTMENT I’ve complained about noise multiple times. The guy beats his girl (multiple times) she’s left in an ambulance The office’s response is to go to the police..which I have and the office has done nothing since. Apparently they support domestic violence. I genuinely feel bad for the kids because the don’t ever leave the apartment. I’m not there all the time but unless the guy is there they don’t leave. The girl doesn’t drive, doesn’t have a job. They literally just sit inside all day. *UPDATE END* I moved in a little over a month ago and have had several issues with this place. First my buliding is located right next door to an AigGas welding plant. They work all sorts of the night and in the early morning. Second, I live on the ground floor and have a really loud and rude neighbor that lives upstairs above me. I am certain that this resident is DEALING DRUGSS out of their own apartment. With how much foot traffic goes in and out of that aparment during the day and during the night, it is almost impossible to get more than 3-4 hours of sleep at a time. Someone is going up and down those stairs almost every 15-20 minutes. What makes it worse, both myself and the family that lives across from me have tried to address this issue with the front office. We have talked to both Laura and Theressa about this issue. Yet it remains. I'm very disappointed that this has not been resolved. My next resort is to talk to the Police and the city of N. Charleston."

"I have been living here for almost two years now. When I first moved in a pipe burst and the carpet had to be cleaned and the pipe fixed. I went to the office and let Rachel know and it was fixed immediately. Anytime I’ve had a problem or needed something fixed I put in a service request and they fixed it. Rachel has been nothing but kind to me. Anything that she can do to help with information on programs she does. Anytime I’ve walked into the office I’m greeted with respect. She’s the only one that I will go to with concerns. I like living here. I’m grateful to have a roof over my head. If you don’t mind the airplanes flying over and the air gas company next door then you’re good. I would recommend this place. I always say it is what you make it."

"For one once you have a problem with management. You will have plenty more. I was asked to vacate my apartment because of issues with Rachael. It seemed that soon as she moved on the property I had problems one after the other something was always wrong. Ms. or Mrs genie is straight up rude and unprofessional. I think her husband has something to do with the sheriff office. My niece had a complaint of noise from a neighbor and the office locked her out her apartment. These people have NO compassion and after I was told to vacate. They still expected me to pay my last months rent to them. My microwave burnt out way before I moved, so I had to purchase one on my own. Rachael had a police officer come to my residence, because my neighbor spoke to her and she felt affended. If you have nice things to say about this place. I assume you been PAID!"
