"Friendly neighbors and well priced for the area. However- by far the trashiest place I’ve lived. Trash just thrown all over the complex, right around the buildings. It’s gross and I’m not sure why people don’t take care of this place. Maintenance is awesome, they work very hard. Extremely responsive to work orders, friendly! But I’m so tired of seeing trash in the pond, on every side walk, in ALL the bushes around the buildings!!! Update/ been picking up trash on morning walks for a week now but every morning is like starting from scratch"

"DO NOT APPLY!!! ROACHES!!! MOLD!!! MONEY HUNGRY IGNORANT MANAGEMENT!!!! Applied earlier this month on a Thursday and Kerri was very helpful from the jump. She showed me a unit that was available and I applied on the spot and got verified to move in. I received a welcome letter in my email and a few documents securing my apartment and preparations for move in the following Wednesday. I was told to get renters insurance, turn on lights, and setup internet on Monday (2 days before moving in). On Monday I received emails with a totally different apartment number. I called the office numerous times and even their central call center to leave a message and have someone call me back. After calling over a dozen times I finally reached Justin the apartment manager. I explained that I received an email with a different apartment number. He confirmed it was correct and that Kerri should’ve called me and told me, although Kerri was off and working in another office. Justin proceeded to tell me that the unit was given to someone else. I explained that I already paid a holding fee for the unit I viewed and received a welcome letter along with other emails with my name and that specific apartment. He tells me there’s nothing he could do but offer another unit with the same floor plan that I’d have to wait for pest control to treat due to a major infestation of roaches. I setup a meeting with Justin and Kerri on Wednesday to further discuss the matter and come to a conclusion. The day of the meeting I was greeted by Kerri while Justin was “busy in his office doing nothing”. Kerri took me to view a totally different apartment with a different floor plan which was way smaller and minus a few amenities but cost the same price. I couldn’t see the other apartment because of the roaches and they had no move in date for me. Not only was my family lied to and displaced but Justin then said I can wait 3 weeks for a refund. He didn’t offer to make things right, nor did he have any empathy for giving my apartment to someone else after I had already paid a holding fee! And to top it off the City of North a Charleston happened to be in the office to speak to Justin and tell him that they were reported for refusing to fix mold in a tenants apartment. I called corporate and never got a call back after speaking to one woman and supposedly forwarded to the voicemail of a higher up. The worst part is they were quick to take my money but I have to wait to get it back to use it to find another place to stay. DO NOT APPLY HERE! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND OBVIOUSLY DON’T CARE FOR TENANTS, CURRENT OR FUTURE."

Noticed that all of the high reviews on here are about Kerrie: I did have a good experience with her answering one of my questions while Becky was out of the office doing a tour, but truly Becky and Christy deserve so much praise as well. Although my application process is not complete yet, they have both been there for me as if it were them in my shoes. After having a nightmare of an experience with another complex, I turned to Jamison Park with no expectations. Christy made me feel like there was hope with our conversation over the phone, and upon going in person and meeting with Becky, she showed me there actually is hope. The professionalism, dedication, and warm-heartedness she displayed have made me SO happy the other complex screwed up so bad and gave Jamison Park a chance to ease my pain. I really hope I get to call this place home. Becky is a true blessing and treats her residents like family. I give these women the utmost respect and support. Their job is not easy. Ladies, thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"Hunting for housing in the Charleston area is NOT for the weak of heart. It is hard, sticker shock is real, and customer service from leasing agents can be less than stellar. This had not been the case in my experience with Jamison Parks, particularly Kerrie. She was kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and answered every question that I had both during my viewing and my lease signing. Thank you so much for making this experience easier and friendlier."

"The images speak for themselves. This is of apartment 103. This is what we were moved into and had no time to find something else before starting our jobs. They gave us a $300 credit for this.. this apartment has about 6 minutes of hot water, we've put in 4 requests about it in the 14 months we have lived here and eventually just gave up. The mirrors aren't pictured, but they're scratched up and cloudy. Not to mention the dried food we moved into on our counter tops and cabinets, and the fact that one of our kitchen drawers is always falling apart. The neighbors are loud, mostly bc these are old buildings so you can hear a pen drop from your upstairs neighbors. The front office does not follow up in a timely manner for anything. We had to submit move out 3 times, the latest being this past Saturday because they somehow didn't have it from the first 2 times we submitted it. Do not rent here, I beg of you. You can find so much better for the same amount of money. And if you for some reason do still rent here, just make sure that you schedule enough time (especially if you're moving to Charleston from another town) to see the space and make sure they fix everything before moving in, because it will not get done while you're living here, please learn from me. It's nasty, there are always police officers around (I'm so serious, there are ALWAYS cops, especially at night), the dumpster is always overflowing and the complex has trash everywhere, and it will honestly strip you of your sanity to have to deal with what they put residents through. Read the reviews, TRUST the bad ones and run as far as you can from this complex."
