"This community is awful. Maintenance took 6 months to fix the heating unit, and quite frankly I don't think it would have been fixed had I not went to the office to complain. The early termination fee is ridiculous asking for $6000 in order to leave the complex. Head management is definitely unfriendly as well. All the fees they charge after move out is ridiculous (I wish I could include the whole list, that is how ridiculous it is) . All around a horrible complex to live in. I made a mistake moving here."

"Believe Priscilla and Darus this place is HORRIBLE!!! Let’s start let’s start off with Francine she’s very unprofessional, rude, a liar, and everything beside anything positive she needs to be fired and let Anna be in charge but instead she send her to do her dirty work because she’s a coward , first off if you moving to apartment 1A Don’t the AC is leaking and broke I had to put a bucket in the closet and toss it out every morning , it’s sooo much roaches I had to call back to back and email for pest control to come out which still didn’t help , the water pressure is low they are , the window weak , Crime rates are so high the police is always out there people will break in your car , house and the apartment will send a email basically saying they know what happen but nothing to stop it , they money hungry but don’t want to fix anything they had maintenance guy come spray white paint on the mold lol I have pictures idc how high rent is just don’t here don’t move here it’s horrible I never stayed home for more 3 days because it was so disgusting they let me out the lease but had the audacity to charge a cleaning fee for a dirty apartment ! Will be taking the to court oh and they never pick up the trash but charge you faithfully"

"Whom Eva is reading these reviews please disregard Eric review gotta be fake, cause he clearly wasn't staying at the plantation flats I'm currently @ cause that's a whole lie bout maintenance cleaning up trash it would sit for days before it is cleaned up. Been without AC over a month and still all we are getting is we will get somebody down. It's a joke living here for the amount of money we are paying and got the audacity to charge $100 late fee for rent we should be able to charge them late fees for not holding up their end of the contract."

"My friends car was stolen right from in front of his apartment. Not only his but 3 other people within a two week period. It takes maintenance forever to fix anything. I complain and don't even live here, just visit. We'll I don't complain to management."
