"I was contacted that morning about 10 AM stading that the worker was here to do the counters. So a few minutes later I got a call from the office stating that I would have to be out of the apartment 5 hours I told her I was not. Toll that I would need to be out 5 hours ahead of time. I would not be able to leave the apartment until 1 o'clock. I have to go to work. She asked me if I could reschedule. I said no. I've taken everything out of the kitchen. I do not want to reschedule. And I told her that communication is everything. Ok, so she called back the few minutes later. She said well, he'll be there at 1 o'clock to do the counters. OK. The counters look Beautiful. The worker left the note saying that I would not be able to use the counters. Or touch them for 2 days. Another thing that I should have been told. And advance to plan for this communication is key to any operation"

"When I arrived home today. My air/heat unit was set to 79, but still showing the the temp inside my apartment was 68. The motor to the unit is running but still not putting out no heat. According to the Email that you send said that unit will be up and running by end of day Monday. This is the 4th day that I will have no heat. I know if you were in my position you would have maintenance fix your heat. If maintenance is unable to fix what is wrong with the unit will the call a heat and air company to make sure unit work properly? I don't understand. I didn't get an email or call on what is going on with unit. This is day 4 that I have to heat my apartment with space a space heater and still have to pay full month's rent and expect a high light bill. You all get to go home to a warm home/apartment and pay no rent or less rent. I really believe this issue was know since Thursday. I pray God have mercy on all all who feel this is fair to me. Don't ever think that you will never be in this position. The temperature is going to be in the 30 or less tonight. Why should I have to go stay with someone else when I pay rent here? This will be night 5 that i will have to heat my apartment with a space heater. Why is there consequences if I am late with rent? But none if major appliances like my air/heat unit is not working properly?"
