"Horrible. No fencing for any of the housing. If you want a fence you have to pay upwards of $2400.00 then take it down when you leave. Officer housing and Enlisted housing all the same (from O1-O3) yet they get more BAH for Officers???? No upgrades have been done on the housing since they were built in the 1960's they have mold issues on all windows and cockroaches coming through the drains. They need to upgrade these houses. Also there are articles out there article says dozens sick....look into the water issues and stuff for the old brick homes.> these are Officer Brick Housing. Terrifying. Years ago instead of removing the old fuel tanks under the brick homes they filled them with sand. Well a bunch broke open and leaked into the water and soil. About 40 houses were demolished because of them not being able to bring the toxin levels to a legal amount. This is disgusting that they have military members living in these conditions and getting thousands of dollars every month from them."

"My maintenance technician Jay was absolutely AMAZING! He came to fix my weatherstrip and when I mentioned that I should have stated all 3 of my doors weather strips needed to be fixed he left for maybe 5 minutes and came back with even more materials to get everything fixed! He took his time making sure everything was correctly installed as well took the time to answer all of my son’s questions and went above and beyond! Jay was at our house for an emergency maintenance incident on Thanksgiving too and wasn’t upset to be working. He was so polite and courteous! He worked around our crazy packed house and my son and was just so wonderful. When I have another maintenance request in the future, I would love nothing more than for Jay to be the one to return. He was truly the embodiment of an outstanding and professional individual!"

"Lionel James is a great service man! He came to our house to fix a couple holes in our wall and upon walking in noticed that our blinds were also broken. He took it upon himself to make note of the problem and come back for a second visit himself to fix the problem directly. I am very happy to see someone so dedicated to their work and do such a great job!"

We have enjoyed our home and how wonderful it is maintained by the AMCC Maintenance Team. Any issue big or small is handled in a professional and courteous manner at all times. During my Rehab and return home from COVID when issues came up the Maintenance Team responded quickly, safely and without hesitation to make sure everything was working correctly and effectively 24/7. We consider this home both ours and the AMCC Team and share the responsibility to do our part to make sure it is clean and well maintained. We are very happy here and it is due in large part with our partnership with the AMCC Team."
