"I just went to apply for a one bedroom one bath trailer.. A man was ready to help me get started. He let me know his daughter wasn’t there right now ( I’m assuming she handles everything) and he allowed me to come inside to wait. I had everything that was required and money on hand. I let him know that I am currently pregnant.. (I’m only 6 weeks) soon as I went inside the speak with the wife he told her what trailer I was interested in and that it was going to be my unborn child & I living there, immediately after the wife started hollering that “It’s not going to work, it’s not going to work” “ she needs a two bedroom” I just got up and walked away.. I feel very discriminated against due to pregnancy and skin color… I can’t believe I had to experience that when I literally would have been living there for months before the child is even born. If you are black and pregnant just know you’ll need a 2 bedroom cause 1 is not going to work."

"So my wife was working with Jennifer to be the first one in line to get a rental. Firstly Jennifer is so rude! Disrespectful! And repeatedly brushed us off because she didn’t have time. One time I called the main number on a Saturday and she answered and said “it’s a Saturday don’t call this number I’m with my family. Do you wanna be bothered on a weekend with your family?” And immediately hung up before I could say anything. Keep in mind this place does not take reservations and is strictly first coke first serve. My wife is a server and she got a notarized letter from the bank for proof of her income and Jennifer said that will work but on the day the place became available she laughed in our faces saying she needs paycheck stubs. My wife is a server and makes everything off tips! Her paycheck show the 2 dollars an hour that she makes. How could she go back on her word and laugh at us. The audacity is ridiculous and Jennifer is a disrespectful person with no respect for anyone but herself. It’s embarrassing!"

"Jeff and Brenda are amazing, so was JB and Dot who were always a sparkle of energy and happiness whenever you saw them. Amazing place."

"Quiet neighborhood but was forced to move due to mold in home that landlords knowingly put us in. They didn't offer to move us in another unit or anything just gave us our deposit and 3 hours to move out. And very rude after complaint about mold and they just painted over spots under the paint and in sheet rock was covered. Was told by neighbors this isn't first time others have moved for same reason."

"I would never recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional. They have advertisement on openings and when you are just riding around the area they have some ghetto housekeeper named SHERI driving around where she blocks you in where you can't get out and then threatens to call the law on you. When I called to speak to someone in the office she responded by saying that their employee's behavior was appropriate. Furthermore, I know of several tenants that are renting from them & their homes are filled with mold and mildew. They are not quick to service you when there are maintenance issues. They are cheap for a reason. Just check it out for yourself and visit their rental office it is disgusting in there. I am grateful I didn't make a deposit and end up living in that dump."
