"They are very abusive behind closed doors,even to young people.They come into your apt when you are not there,there are no safety locks, only one ! Scared Yet! They don't like to work with families with multiple changes and complex disabilities only people that get hAve low IQ ,and ride the red vans .They discriminate,retaliate,record you secretly, & loose important documents. Think about your safety and well beng before you invest your life , emotional ,and physical health at risk before you reside here .! If you love your family ,go somewhere where you will have a peace of mind,!The things I have experienced here , especially the last yea r has been unbelievable,yet I ask for little things to make it better and I get abused .Don't be foolish be wise .They are not what they appear in the beginning,wait until after a year and you start having things happen in your family!! Out with the trash you go unless you ride the big red bus,despite family changes or disabilities. All they care about is money,not the people the serve!! ANYWHERE YOU SEE GEM MANAGEMENT ! YOU CAN EXPECT THE SAME OF BAD LANDLORD TREATMENT AND POSSIBLE THEIF OF YOUR GOODS UNEXPECTEDLY!"
