"I purchased a 2018 Honda Fit EX with 44,000 miles on it from Bill Tracy and Jackson on 1/6/24. There were some exterior blemishes which were not mentioned in the vehicle ad, which I believe was largely an oversight on their behalf. We negotiated a discount for that which concerned me and after spending 2.5 hours in my 'new to me' car driving home, I am very satisfied with my car, price and the overall experience. These are good people who do what they should / need to do to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. I believe this is, perhaps, the reason why they have such a high rating on Google and the like. Thanks Jackson and Bill. I look forward to many miles in my 'new' Fit!"

"I have filed a formal complaint with corporate. I'll give the condensed story. The service that I have received from this dealership has been absolutely the worst. I love the car but do not recommend this dealership. I purchased my vehicle 11/25/2022 and the gas cap got stuck several times within the first 4 months and I was not able to put gas in my car. I took it to the dealership on 2 occasions and they claimed to fix it. It then fell off completely and initially they wanted to charge me for the work saying it had been tampered with. I reminded them that they were the ones that tampered with it. ( the car is still under factory and their extended warranty) they ordered a part.. took 3 weeks...called me for an appointment to bring the car in.... had me sit in the waiting room for an hour.. then said there was a lapse in communication and my car could not be fixed that day...the part had to be painted...they called while I was in NC to fix the car... told them I would be there on that Thursday.. they said they fixed it on 9/21... On Oct 29th it's stuck again.. took the car back on Monday, Oct. 30th They tried to explain the problem. I just want my car fixed. They took the cap off and sent me away again like this, I asked for a loner car because anyone could steal gas or put something in my gas tank.. they said they did not have one. So I just got off the phone with corporate. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again!! UPDATE!! I am one who will post a review when I get horrible service, However I am also one who will update when the service provider has come back, sincerely apologized and made me whole. Within a few hours of reaching out to corporate and posting this review, I got a call from the manager of Kia of Anderson. Ken was so very nice. He was extremely apologetic and made NO excuses for the dealerships poor service. He assured me that he would personally see that my car was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. He stayed in constant contact with me, calling me daily letting me know when I could expect the part in and the repair completed. Time was of the essence because I travel every weekend for ministry and was headed to Atlanta, GA and Raleigh, NC the next 2 weekends & did not want my gas tank exposed like that for obvious reasons. On the morning of Nov. 3, (4 days after I complained) Ken called and said I could bring my car in. The part was in, painted and ready to be installed. I told him I would be in at 2:30. When I got there, they quickly took my keys and took my car back. Ken came out and introduced himself, apologized again and said he was going to personally make sure it was handled correctly this time. Within about 45 minutes, it was repaired and I was on my way. It's been almost 2 weeks and although, I am still nervous every time I go to put gas in my car, I haven't had any issues. Ken has also followed up twice to make sure that all is well. I really love my Kia and I thank Ken and Kia of Anderson for finally getting my gas flap fixed."
