"Rent has went up for the last 6 years. Got problem(s) with management/property, you get told to call "Home Office", but no one answer you only get voice mail and no call backs if you leave name, problem, apartment complex, & phone number. Then W.T. Lamb wonders why they are loosing money. Not hard to figure out with the complaints I have read and lack of response when calling home office. Judy & Jennifer did your dad raise you this way?"

"The lady that handles Brookhaven apartments is very rude. And has lie to me and my daughter for over a year about having an apartment available for her all year long she stated would have her a low-income apartment and then when it came time to finally get it there wasn't any available. I believe that this property advertises for low income but never offers it which is why I have put in a request to the freedom of information act to find out how many low-income apartments have been approved and when was the last one that was approved for rent. They are shady in their dealings and they have discriminated against my daughter and not applying her low-income housing"

"Patricia Fike is very rude! I had a issue with my refrigerator about 3 years ago she fixed it today I had another issue with the fridge not getting cold! she told me on yesterday that she would get another fridge from another unit so today I called she told me i would have to pay someone to take my food out and put it in my new fridge after i offered to be at home during that time i told her if she needed me i would return home! when i called today she told me that i DONT have to buy all my food at once the store is not going to run out of food!!! and if I dont like it i can move! she also stated that if another fridge breaks in my unit she is not replacing it! she stated that it cost over $700 to get it fixed after she said that she was getting me a used fridge from another unit! DO NOT rent from these people rudest and most unprofessional people ever!!!"

"I have been disputing with them for over 6 months about them having my income incorrectly. They didn’t care I gave them audit from css and they said that wasn’t good enough. They make your rent go up $100 for your underage child moving in with you . Poor management of the apartments charter oaks . They refuse to fix any problems. The so call manager Betty joe is the rudest lady I have ever met . This is not a based on your income ."
