Joiner Crossing Apartments

"Been here 10 months , It's truly boring over here no amenities and nothing for my 3 kids to do. They don't host activities or events for the residents to mingle or get to know one another. No Christmas parties no Halloween parties no giveaways no nothing. Every other complex has something they do for residents besides up the rent. They even sneakily installed cameras to watch other neighbors to see who's going in and out which is creepy and weird. We should be allowed to freely have company whenever. It's like we are children being watched. The cameras are very obvious on the windows as you drive by certain townhomes, yet they don't see when people's cars are being broken into and vandalized. The grass is high in the back as u walk u see it so thick and all the hedges are covering the windows. Yet they worried about visitors and music. I have 2 months left and I'm moving in September."

"Honestly fantastic. The apartments are modern, have in unit washer and dryers, and a dishwasher. The entire apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had one outlet receptacle issue when I moved in and it got fixed within a week. Coming from somewhere like Sierra Vista, AZ where 1980 model apartments are going at modern market rate, this place is a god send."

"While I had such high hopes for this place, it isn't somewhere I'd recommend. While the original property manager we had was amazing, the current one is extremely abrasive. Many of the residents feel uncomfortable with her. Between the crime issues (car break-ins and triple stabbing across the road), dog poop on lawns from small dog owners not held accountable, constant passive aggressive emails instead of management just dealing with the people responsible, and very particular lease rules about deposits (forfeit most in mandatory re-key fee, carpet cleaning fee, professional cleaning fee), it's not worth it. The places are build poorly. The paint is so thin you can't even clean your walls without it coming off. Also, maintenance is extremely unresponsive. It shouldn't take numerous emails everytime we needed a maintenance issue handled. Also, the abrasive responses to critical reviews here? Not very professional."

"We moved here from overseas without ever seeing the property. Jessica responded to me the same day and answered all of my questions throughout the entire move. We mailed our deposit from Korea and although it took over a month to receive, Jessica reassured us that everything was fine and she worked to keep up updated once the deposit was received. Our apartment is gorgeous; the pictures doesn’t do it justice."

"Just moved in one week ago. The home is a decent size and location is a balance between privacy and convenience. The home itself is cookie cutter with basic necessities. This is not a luxury complex by any means, but it’s nice for what it is. The biggest issues are communication with both management and maintenance. Their office hours are extremely short, and even their emergency service line is a voicemail box that doesn’t seem to get checked. My first day, there was a new refrigerator that never got installed while the old broken one was still in place. I was told someone would come by and install it. That never happened. I ended up installing it myself and the old fridge is still sitting outside on the sidewalk a week later. My dishwasher was also broken. No water was pumping into the machine. I called about this and sent an email as well. No response at all. Ended up fixing this myself as well. The electrical water valve switch wasn’t installed properly. On my 6th day, my AC stopped functioning properly. I have the house set at 72, but it can’t keep it below 81. I checked the unit and someone had left the Freon valve open. I’m assuming some of the refrigerant escaped. I’ve emailed management and they said that someone will contact me soon. It’s been about 3 hours since that email and no phone call. The weather forecast this week is consistently above 90. We will see how this request works out."
