"These apartments aren't safe I wouldn't advise nobody to move out here especially the elderly the property Manager is crooked and I'm getting put out over something I didn't even do or cause they need new people over that apartment complex asap"

"I lived there for 7 years until 2008 when i moved cross country for my health. I very much liked my little apt although the people above me did get very loud at times. My only real complaint was that about a year before i left..the people above me flooded their apt by allowing both their toilets overflow and kept flushing anyway. The roof of mine caved in which shows how weak the construction can be between them and why sounds carry. Although the complex did completely replace the carpet..they took over a week to even get a rug doctor there to get the water up. Which was gross in my opinion. It would have been longer but the maintenance man decided to go rent one instead of keep waiting on management. Man i miss him. Still one of the best maintenance guys ive ever known"

"They kick people out who have children and don’t do any drugs and have never been in trouble but keep people who sell meth out of their apartments and rent their rooms out to other people. Management is terrible and won’t do anything to help the good people."
