"Lived here for a year and honestly it was the worst living experience I’ve ever had. For a place advertised as student living it was odd having 2 roommates that weren’t students. 1 being in his 30s and the other in his 40s. One of my roommates was a convicted felon on the run from a warrant who somehow passed a background check and was arrested on property (which is a violation of the lease) and was not only allowed to come back, but was given the opportunity to rent another apartment. He was on various drugs (which were being bought on property) and even bought a gun. Nothing was ever done about him as the manager was too scared of being sued by a crackhead. Parties almost every weekend, people shooting at each other, amenities that were closed or ran down for most of my lease. Don’t get me started on July 4th and my car being covered in ash and burn marks, like many others and no word from management. Many of my times as of my move out (today) were covered in mold and had to be thrown out. Go live in Valley, don’t give this dump a chance."

"Have lived here for 3 years, and the past 2 years have been great until management was changed this past year, several times. There are huge parties and people smoking weed everywhere, lots of crime and the property management ignores it, when I have sent a picture of several police cars at our building, they asked me, a tenant, what was going on. This place is terrible and anyone attending usc upstate I would recommend you go to valley falls or Auden, this place is a joke. Not to mention there is mold in our apartment and they will not acknowledge it, they say they have but they do a lot of lying. These are only SOME of the pictures, this is a frequent thing at this apartment complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"If I really can give 0 stars I would not a really good place to live I get random charges and fines from nowhere I’ve gone down multiple times about this kid smoking in the apartment disrespecting everybody they’ve done nothing about it. I’ve gone down there a few times asking to have my toilet fixed still not fixed last night for Fourth of July. People were shooting mortars at cars my motorcycle in the breezeway on patios windows cause the water damage and nothing is being done about it and so sad there’s so many things I can write down about this place. That’s so negative and it’s not even funny I’m definitely not renewing my lease and I honestly encourage anybody that has a stable mind not to move in here it’s not safe as you can see in the photo all the police that had to come and it’s honestly really sad if I had the opportunity to move out of this place right now, I really would but I have to finish my lease but I’m definitely not renewing it. CEV upstate apartments do a better job."

"Looking for cheap here you go! Looking for your air to stop working and wait 3 weeks for something to be done each time the air stops perfect place to be cooked in! Looking to come home and find men sleeping in your breeze way while walking around them to get to your door? I have videos. Ready to get woken up to listen to arguments! some are entertaining. fights.. oh yea more entertainment. Lots of videos. People getting their things thrown in the breeze way from their apartment, roommates getting jumped by others roommate and their friends, shootings. Videos. You can come outside to leave and see your car might have a new dent that wasn’t there before. If you’re use to that then move in. Just looking for cheap look around before settling."

"I came here as a traveler (from Maryland) and it's a pretty nice place to stay. The rent is very affordable and the club house and staff are all welcoming. I also referred one of my friends here as well. Not much noise at all and I can always get a good night's rest. Any and all issues I had were addressed promptly. I will return for another stay. Keep up the good work guys. Only thing I would change is an indoor pool and Jacuzzi but I know that's pricey ."
