"We love our 2 bedroom apt. Its perfect for 2 adults and a pug. It was great to find a pet friendly apartment complex. Bonnie the manager is very kind and is quick to answer our questions and tries to get things fixed in a timely matter. Preston the maintenance man is very polite and is always helpful. The complex for the most part is quiet. The only down side is the trash situation. Always a lot of outside people coming in to dump their trash and furniture and we as tenants are charged for this in our rent. Other then that we are happy with our decision to move here. This is our home."

"This is a wonderful and safe place to live. I’ve been surrounded my neighbors who have now become my family. The manager on property is very well with communication back in forth if you shall ever need her. I enjoy staying here."

"In my 61 years I have never lived in a worse place. I had a leak from upstairs apt. Their toilet was leaking who knows for how long. 1 month later it is still not fixed. The mold is sickening. After it is supposedly fixed I go in & it's leaking again. I had moldy sheetrock falling from ceiling & wall. Toilet water dripping all into my bathroom. I could not & still cannot use thus bathroom. I've had to go to my daughter’s to take shower. I'm still dealing with this unhealthy, disgusting issue. Only 1 maintenance man. He was out with injury for about a month nothing got done. You don't get return calls from office. Left messages galore only to have to keep calling. May as well use pool to fish in. I am in my 2nd year pool has not been open the last 2 summers. Year 1 I understand due to Covid. Year 2 ridiculous reason of an archaic emergency phone not working. These days everyone has a cell phone you don't need a rusty 40 Year old emergency phone. They painted outside of buildings. Yay it looks good put a bow on it but don't open it. Everything has been here for 40+ years. Cabinets, vanities are falling apart. Stuff is falling from countertops onto whatever is in your cabinets. I have nothing in my bathroom cabinets. Layers of paint that is chipping off everywhere. They paint over wallpaper instead of properly re-doing walls. Since it's been here for 40+ years you do get lead paint advisement. Nothing has ever been upgraded. It is all dark brown dingy cabinets. Dark brown carpets thru out. Great if you like a dungeon. No screens on windows. The windows have layers of paint on them so you would be lucky to even get a window open. My ac barely works. The unit outside cannot breath properly due to the little fins being smashed together, all full of dirt and mud. I cannot get my house below 80 degrees. It runs constantly. My bill went from $125 to $178. I even called Duke Electric & was told my bill is very very high. It's a shoebox 2 bedroom apt. I've lived in a 4 bedroom house & my bill was never that high. I am one person I do not use that much Electric. In closing it looks decent on the outside & you do not get to see the inside until after the lease is signed. It's an unhealthy horrible place to live. Run run away."

"The apartment complex isn't that bad. For what you pay a month they should update the place. No washer dryer hook ups, cabinets needs to be updated ( they old and brown and ugly). Dishwasher is 90's edition, and just for how much they charge a month it should look wayyy much better. Been staying over here a year haven't had any bug issues at all."
