"This place would be more enjoyable if there weren’t neighbors that complained in their foreign language and not come to you to speak about issues. This neighborhood have a lot of children and we have children also which is great. I don’t like that smokers can smoke on their balcony and it states in lease 20 ft away from property. I have breathing issues and my neighbor coincidentally smokes every time I open my window for fresh air. Rent increase but there hasn’t been a reputable maintenance person since we’ve lived here which is 3 years. I don’t like the fact that they can have access to your unit and come in without you being there. One maintenance guy walked into my unit while I was off work, undressed and thankfully I had a cardigan hanging by the door to slam it and told him to hold on. I don’t feel safe and cannot wait until we leave. If you want to live here, your choice but don’t be a dweller upstairs because people below don’t understand what apt living is. I never can get anything resolved, always cut off mid sentence and I don’t even think the person realizes one tenant from another on the phone. The only complaint I made was one since my 3 years of being here. People sublet here snd corporate wasn’t even here when our rent increased to here our issues. How can you raise rent so high but not be a part of the community meeting?? And NEVERRR answer the phone when calling when the property manager can’t give answers or fix things."

"Ridiculous living.. people need to learn how to mind their own business and stop complain about little things… it feels like you’re living in a jail cell because how up tight it is there ! It’s ridiculous how prices keep changing."

"I can't understand why this is a new apartment complex and it is alread infested with Cockroaches! The empty apartment was not properly cleaned after former tenants or prior to showing. If you intend to rent there, please inspect the unit carefully. Document all preexisting damage the unit has, preferably with photos since they are time stamped. This step will be invaluable upon move-out inspection."
