"I toured this place yesterday and I was satisfied as soon as I walked in to meet the property manger and the other lady in the office. They were full of energy! I know my new chapter in life here will be amazing. They make you feel like you’re at home! I’m so ready to move here!"

"I have called several times to their management office. I strongly believe when I moved out they started to screen my calls and ignore several of my emails. I’m always told that someone at this office will call me back but they never do. They have my deposit and now they’re claiming I owe them money. I have my receipts. I have screenshots of the Southwood realty portal that shows what was owed each month. They take forever to reply but when I lived there it took an hour for a response. Forget about the lady at the Southwood realty customer service. That lady is nasty. She claims I have debt and gave me the number to a collection agency, but didn’t provide a claim number or amount since she found out money was allegedly owed. The debt collector company didn’t find an account and has been reported to have questionable business practices. They only treat tenants like this because of the majority demographic of its tenants. Don’t give your money to this place. They think you’re uneducated and stupid and “may” use tactics that “may be” illegal. Keep copies of your documents and everything if you choose to rent to this place."

"I just moved in a little over a month ago and love it here! There are several police officers who live here and park their patrol cars in the parking lot overnight making me feel extra safe when I walk my puppy dog. The staff is friendly and responsive to my needs."

It felt as if he really prioritized us to make sure we were getting the apartment we really wanted! I am looking forward to move in and can’t wait to use the apartments amenities."

"The incompetence of this place is amazing. My lease was going to be up at end of August so then I could move out of this section 8 apartments but mysteriously it not up now till October 31. My car been broken into, cars sit in the parking lot broke down and never move, people change their oil in the car wash bay, the pool landscaping is horrible, I’ve not been to the pool all summer because of people that I thought didn’t live here using the pool and destroying things turns out they do live here, the apartment people took out the propane grills because people did not take care of them. Well imagine that, the tenants you allow to move in not taking care of your property. Some days you can’t even get to the trash can because of all the trash piled up in front of it. It won’t be full and works fine just lazy people that live here now just throw their trash on the ground. The real funny thing is when I asked about the new lease they said my rent would go up. UNBELIEVABLE. To live in a very thin walled with loud neighbors in a section 8 apartment and pay $1225 a month is crazy. FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE."
