"These people must not be very good at their job. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday but wasn't, so I checked the tracking info. It arrived at the UPS facility here on Wednesday, and has had 3 "processing" u I dates since then, including Thursday morning at 4 and then 9 A.M. Now it says arriving Monday?? Additionally, the package is for for my bunnies, and they ran out Thursday. I just moved to the area and no stores sell the kind I normally use and I couldn't switch it suddenly without upsetting their stomachs or I'd go in store. So now my bunnies are going without pellets for days. Good job UPS. Keep processing that package, who needs delivery, right?"
