"It's 7:58 am on Friday which is the start of the 3 day sale and the ad that came out on Wednesday is advertising crab legs for sale. There aren't any available in the seafood section. A very nice lady who works in the store goes to the meat department and gets one of the workers to assist me. When the man (black & much older) comes out he has a very nasty attitude and tells me that he just got to work and that he's trying to get to the crab legs and that I'm just going to have to wait. Didn't ask me how many pounds I needed or anything and just went in the back. Comes back 10 minutes later and asked me how many did I want. I told him 10 pounds then he says it's cheaper if you buy this case. I told him I don't want the case. He gets an attitude again and says I'm just trying to save you money and I told him you can't tell me how to spend my money. Rude much? Comes out the back again with a buggy that has 7 bags of crab legs and says get what you want and walks off.If you have problems leave them at home and if you don't like your job get another one. Customer service training is definitely needed."
"Blythewood IGA is well stocked, clean, and well staffed. I love the small market feel, but with competitive prices. The meat quality is much better than the bigger chain stores, and it keeps some cash flowing to a local merchant."
