"Quick and great service"

"This place is a warehouse, don't come early than your appointment. They do not have overnight parking. They will not receive you after HRs. As a place to work, lots of walking. Bring good shoes. Work is easy easy. Even driving the trucks is easy. Load and unload are touch fright. We'll for GXO drivers. The receiver side is a bit different. So outside drivers don't worry. As for the building and work conditions, big nice building, GXO has several warehouses in the AO. This is a hot one, but the practice They do to keep inventory and quality control is good. Alittle to good cause their a pain in the rear end about every little thing. But hay, if I wasn't on this end and wanted a good warehouse and someone to store my stuff and deliver it. Then it be this place. Yea, sure, it's a pain, but in the end. The job gets done right, and that's what matters. Figured I'd write a review with my honest opinion. People are down to earth, just come to work to work. Don't take shortcuts, don't clock in, and go sit in your car. You'll do fine here on working here part. As for the driving side of things.. to easy. But do require you to do more than drop and hook jobs. The CPM vs. Hr rate is on the lower end. But it makes up for it being home every day. Manager Shane is a good dude, doesn't micro manage us, (advice don't micro manage truck drivers, we got into trucking to work alone. But now, we need to be home more) Shane is straight up, looks, and treats you as an equal. Brain, a nice dude, is funny most of the time, but he knows his stuff. His promotion was well earned. Nick , that dude is a mad man. He's got the skill to do this job with his eyes closed and both hands tied behind his back. Sherri, u want something done by the book? She's ya girl. Took me a min figure this one out, but she loves to LOL. And always just trying to do the right thing. She's gonna go far. The leads shayla , Chris, are really talented , Chris can run the whole dock by himself and make sure nothing is late. The dude is a wizard when it comes to pulling orders to be shipped. He does some fancy trouble shooting, too. Now shayla , wow, what a woman. She got that bubbly attitude that'll suck you right in and keep you smiling all day. She's sharp as they go, troubleshooting and locating missing orders to helping her kitters out. She's an Allstars. Both Chris and shayla are on their way to being something else here. Anyways, that's my review on the building, people, work, qualities, and a few hints for my fellow drivers still on OTR."

"Seems like an ok place to work. I only visited a few hours. Did not mingle with the people like I would've liked but those i did were very courteous and friendly. It was rather warm in there though. Ok it was hot! Get your people some AC"
