"I purchased a pandora ring I was told they would send it to pandora to resize the ring and they would call when it’s ready. I did not receive a call so I called, they told me my ring was ready. So I get to the store and they told me pandora does not go up to that size so they resized it and wanted an extra $70 I told them I was not told that so they said they put more money in it & I could not get a refund back of $40 this is a unprofessional, crooked, & poor service/communication jewelry store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I will never do business with them again!! If I could give a zero star I would because they beat me out my money."

"*zero stars 1. If he will rip off someone who works there, think of how much he will rip you off. 2. You will pay ridiculous prices. You will be charged way over double what the jewelry is worth. The price tag will say it was marked down or on sale when in reality it was never on sale, he just wants to make it seem like it is a "good deal". 3. Three employees quit within a month. If that does not tell you something, I don't know what will. & LASTLY.... The sexual harassment in that place of work!! Holley Jewelers is not a business you want to support. I am sure you will find many others that agree as well. And to anyone who knows me and sees this review: Sorry not sorry. Sometimes things just need to be said!"

"If I could give zero stars I will. The two ladies that work there were awesome but “Mr. Terry” was very rude and condescending. I was given an pandora ring as a gift two diamonds fell out my ring and DISCLAIMER (Pandora has an one year warranty and they will replace it). I went there almost a week ago and I asked the young lady how much will it be she said she wasn’t sure but took my ring anyways and told me she would call me to let me know the estimate. I was waiting on a call got a call today to let me know my ring was ready for pick up I asked how much was it going to cost because i didn’t receive a call prior. They told me it was going to cost 85% of what the original price was too just replace two diamonds for the price i could’ve just easily bought another one for that amount and been on my merry way. So while on the phone I’m talking to this young lady I was just not understanding the price she then put “Mr. Terry” on the phone to further explain mind you i haven’t even spoken to him prior but he get on the phone already frustrated and was just like “i can just take the two diamonds out” (with an attitude because i was trying to explain i never got that call with the estimate) so I’m still calm I asked him why does he have to be so rude and he exclaims that he wasn’t but he clearly was, so I said don’t worry I’m on my way up there. I get there and ask to speak to him he comes out the back and I explain the situation and addresses the lack of customer service he had over the phone when i tell you i couldn’t get a word out without him talking over me. I was so disappointed and pointed that he’s not trying to hear me out and he said he doesn’t care. I feel sorry for him because he’s that OLD and IGNORANT. Not once did I get loud or out of character with him i was just stating my concern. I was under the impression that because i am a young black lady and was just telling him politely how rude he was over the phone he didn’t want to hear it because of that. So i just said God bless you and walked away. But ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
